BRIEF

WasteXpress needed a new website to replace their original site, which hadn’t been regularly updated and was no longer functioning. They also needed a site that properly showcased their brand’s commitment to environmental responsibility and their company’s exemplary services. 

Their sales team participated in brand strategy discussions which lead to highly focused and efficient meetings. The process helped fine tune their brand communication and gave them more online tools to integrate into their site for the sales team to work with.

The Problem: Their old website was not kept updated regularly and needed to be completely scrapped. It was impeding Google Ad function and new leads. 
The Solution: Redesign, new branded content, properly redirecting old URLs (especially high ranking webpages) to their new site and a fresh perspective on overall copy.

A lot of things can go wrong when you rebuild an existing website. Especially one that relies on and generates a lot of traffic for new leads. Making sure their old URLs went to the right place instead of the dreaded 404 page was a priority.
